• Michele Caianiello (University of Bologna, Italy). Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Procedure. Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna. Lawyer since 1998, practicing criminal law until 2006. In 2015, he was admitted to the list of Assistant Counsel of the International Criminal Court. • Peter C.H. Chan (City University of Hong Kong, China). Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law, City University of Hong Kong. Author of numerous publications on comparative civil procedure. • Tomasz Giaro (University of Warsaw, Poland). Professor of Roman Law of the University of Warsaw and Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration; former scientific staff member of the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History. From 2006-2008 Tomasz Gjiaro was a visiting professor of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. • Paul Schoukens (KU Leuven, Belgium).
